Although this document is still available in web format through the Basic Role-Playing System site, Bryan's own website seems to be defunct. I am therefore preserving this excellent guide in PDF format here on BRP Central. Bear in mind that it is presented from the respective viewpoints of 2nd edition AD&D and 3rd edition RuneQuest.
