Why ask why?
Rather than asking what sort of categories we should have, and what we should be allowed to upload, see what you get and then categorize it.
About the only limit I could see for files are that:
1) They should be BRP related in some way. Even if it is just to convert BRP to another system.
2) NO scans/copies from the new BRP rulebook. I could see putting something up from a 25 year old out of print book if it covered something no longer avlaible (like weapon stats from Future World).
3) No spam, porn, etc.
I figure the above are sort of a given, but are probably worth putting up.
