Really, its not. Its most of the
spirit magic attacks, but a number of the more dangerous things to do to someone with divine magic or sorcerery aren't power versus power. Some big ones are (Sever Spirit and its kin), but given out of the three offensive Divine Spells in the core book only one is (Lightning), and its arguably the weakest of the three in terms of value per cost, I really don't think phrasing it as "immune to magical attack" describes the situation well.
