Yeah, after I read back over my comment, I realized that there are plenty on that side of the Atlantic that'd probably catch the referenced. (However, we seem to have a large number from the UK and France...at least the ones who've put their location in the header, and neither places are hotbeds of Hockey.) In fact there are jokes about needing a critical number of Russians on an NHL squad to win the Stanley Cup anymore, and decent numbers of Swedes, Finds, and Czechs. That and basketball have exported from this part of the world pretty well.
OK, now it's my turn to ask for an explanation. What's the restraint relative to our German friends?
