Additions to these basic rules
I am working on some ideas for vehicle and overall technology creation that might be very different from the ideas being used in the new BRP. I find the superpowers section to be very difficult to use and the way you would have to build things cumbersome. I am hoping to reduce that difficulty down just a bit. I will keep you informed.
