I'll keep on the lookout for you as well. I'd prefer to get in a game that has a round robin format with regards to GMing, but at this point I'd be down for just about anything.
Round robin format? What's that?

SGL.

Players trade off being the GM from session to session, or from campaign to campaign. At least that's my assumption as to what he meant. I'll probably be wrong and look stupid.

That's exactly what I meant. One person runs the game for a few sessions, then hands it off to someone else and it goes from there, trading hands every few sessions to give everyone an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the story. (Alternatively, every few sessions, a new story starts, and you come back to the first one a little later). Some people only like to play the game, and that's fine. I've been in groups where we had one static GM for an extended period, and groups that traded off, and I the older I get I prefer the latter, because it lets everyone who GMs time to just kick back and have a good time. GMing is a lot of fun, but it can seem like work sometimes.

I'm in the same boat. I'm currently in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA. I'll be moving to Portland, Maine this coming fall.

Who lives in South Dakota? That games? Something other than d20?

Answer?

No one.

Portland is a good town. I grew up there but moved away about 10 years ago - you should be able to find gamers there without any problems It is where I learned to game and there was plenty of non-D&D gaming (at least back then).

Get ready for some ocean.
