Any figure converters out there?

While cruising the Web I came across some Orc Calvary by Zvezda. And the Orcs where riding Bison of all things. I was wondering if anyone has seen these figure in person. Was thinking if I could find some body in the US that has Orc Calvary in stock buying a pack of Numidians or Mongols to go with them and swap out the riders , so the Orcs ride the horse and Mongols ride the Bison's if possible. Might add the figures are plastic for those that are interested.
