Thanks Jason. I assume you will know probably first but they would have to be getting close to having some timetable ready if there hasn't been any production snags?

Once I finally get my "Advanced" copy, I'll finally be able to patiently wait for the finished book! I pre-ordered the book from my FLGS months ago, and have been impatiently waiting for it to be released. That's part of why I jumped on the "Advanced" copy the minute I knew about it. I can't wait any longer!

yeah i was kinda tempted to do that myself, (so stop bragging ya bastard)but i was thinking the lag time between the advanced copy and the final one would be short, hence the question. it seems as if we are not any further along then the last update. I suppose the last round of proof reading is complete which means they are either still frigging around with the cover or sent it to printer. so are you happy with how everything looks in your copy, zane?

I have noticed several errors in my copy. Of course that is to be expected since it is just the proof copy. Mostly page numbers, but there where a few things that might need re-writing.

One thing that confused me was the Opposed Skill Rolls. There is the default method, then there are several optional methods. The first optional method seems to be identical to the default method. Unless I missed something? Or maybe it just needs to be clarified?

Anyway, in general I am very happy with the book. I will be buying the finished version as soon as it comes out. I am pretty confident that they will have almost all of the errors sorted out by then.

I may well end up having to order one of the ARCs depending on what the actual release date ends up being; if one of the campaigns with a BRP basis ends up winning out, I'm probably going to need to start work on it by the end of February, tops, and I'm getting the sense the final book won't get out by then.
