Chaosium Customer Support?

This is not really BRP specific but I was wondering if anyone had any dealings with them when trying to order something and there is a problem? I have sent them an email late last week but no reply yet. I know it is Thanksgiving Holiday but I was hoping for a reply by now as it clearly involves me giving them some of my money.

It is the Thanksgiving Holiday. Chaosium is literally 4 guys, all (afaik) with families.

Dustan and Charlie are generally pretty good, you will probably hear something later this week.

I just got a reply to my email and it looks like everything shall be resolved.
