The things that were hard to visualize were the "Catpain Hero races across town ." kay he has 4 APs of Flight, and across two in two miles, so that's uhh (look at chart) 11 Aps distance. So it takes him 11-4 =7 APs of time, that's (look at other chart) 8 minutes.
It probably would have been easier to just go with the flight speed of 15mph and divide by the distance.
DC used the APs a little too much.

Pretty much a necessity for all RPGs to some degree. Otherwise the first bear or elephant winds up in the auto kill range. Supers need it the most just because they have the widest stat ranges.
