Maybe we Euro fans should join up and order enough books to get a free shipment delivered to your adress . Then every European fan is flying with Ryan air or another cheap airline to icy skandinavia, visiting you in your igloo. You are offering him his hot caribou drink and then hand him out his copy. Isnt this a good idea? Should be much cheaper than the shipment to every single european adress.

hehe...that would be a cool idea. I could picture a bunch of BRP fans sitting around on ice chairs in that ice hotel drinking hot chocolate, and each of you holding an advance copy of d100 BRP in heavily gloved hands while discussing enthusiasticlly various points of the new system.

Hmm... Good to know.
Their shipping cost have been a problem. Buying Monographs have been quite out of the question as the shipping cost more than the books, something I really hope they improve upon in the future. Lulu for the monographs would have been great, and would improve the quality too.

I've emailed Chaosium about it, but no answer.

If it makes you feel any better, I tend to only occasionally order books from them due to their high shipping costs. I live in the US, and I am only one state away!

I'm tempted but I'll probably order the production edition thru Amazon. I'm cheap and I've waited 20 years. I can wait a bit longer.

I would love, but Geneva to Oslo is over 235 euros. And as my wife wants to come along, the air shipping is lower.

Has anyone received notification of their copy shipping? Mine has been "Pending Shipping" since last Friday (just checked their site). I had hoped to have my copy before Christmas, but it is starting to look like it won't happen (basically if it ships today I might get by Christmas).
