Really? I thought it was pretty obvious, but then I've known Rurik via here and the Mongoose forum for a couple of years, so clearly my foreknowledge affects my perceptions....

OTOH, anyone actually offended by A's statement about drummers would be a drummer and hence would respond in a similar fashion...but with more typos!

O think that is the crux of the matter. Since Rurik comment was aimed at me, and I am familiar enough with him to know how to take his comment (just like he knew how to take the drummer comment), everything is okay.

For someone less familiar with either of us looking in, it lookes more vicious that it really is.

No ill will was meant by anyone.
