Default Stormbringer! - A website supporting Stormbringer 5th edition

Hi All,

My name is Marcus Bone, and I've recently started a website called Stormbringer! (see Stormbringer! - Supporting the Stormbringer RPG) dedicated to Stormbringer 5th edition (and ELRIC!, the game's previous incarnation).

My aim to support this game system, which I think was fantastic, even though Chaosium has now transferred the rights to Mongoose Publishing. There's not much up on the site at the moment, but it will build over time (I have plenty awaiting formatting and art etc.)

Comments, feedback and general chatter is always welcome.

Regards,

Marcus Bone (stormbringerrpg@gmail.com)

P.S. I have moved to obtain permissions from all three parties involved (Monngoose, Chaosium and Michael Moorcock) for this site and have received 2 replies so far (positive), awaiting the third.

Very cool. There's a lot of potential here. I always thought the 5th edition never recieved the love it warranted. Good luck with the site!

Excellent idea. I love 5th edition SB too. Its the highlight of all BRP versions IMO. But I hope there is no problem with using artwork from the book on your site.

Hi All,

Just a note to say that the site has been updated with a few more documents. Unfortunately the big document I'd planned for this update isn't ready as yet, but will go up as soon as it is (I'll post again when it is).

Cheers,

Marcus - Stormbringer! - Supporting the Stormbringer RPG

Looking forward to some of those out of print Stormbringer Chaosium supp's you've got permission to load up there.

I'll pore through my files and see if there's anything suitable for submitting to the site.

Hey Jason,

Anything SB you might have would be great to have on the site. I always thought it was a shame that the 'reboot' (i.e. SB5) of the game sort of died before it had a chance to take off and your 'Slaves of Fate' was the only real support.

BTW, I should ask - would you be interested in being interviewed for the site? Just a look at your SB work and anything else you might want to 'pimp'...

Marcus

Yeah, it was a crying shame the SB5 edition died so rapidly, but Slaves of Fate was actually support for Dragon Lords of Melnibone.

Sure I could do an interview. I now have oceans of time on my hands.
