Does anyone here have the Superworld pdfs? If so has Chaosium added in the errata to the text or have they issued the pdf with a separate errata section?
In the Superworld Companion there is a power called cosmic consciousness. Can someone please tell me what it does? I assume that it is a means of gathering information.

They're clearly just scans of the original product, and I didn't see any errata added; of course the Companion inclujdes errata for the main book. I'm not actually aware of any errata for the Companion.

I'll try to check it when I get a chance, but you're basically correct; each level gave you a multiple of either your INT or POW as I recall to sense major disasters, cosmic events, and so on.
