Default [Furnace] Furnace 2008 registration open!

Registration for Furnace 2008 is now open.

Last year Loz was in attendance and between him and a couple of the other attendees we had a good showing of Elric, Hawkmoon and RuneQuest games.

A lot of us are BRP fans, so I can see with the release of the core rule book there being several games of BRP going.

Here's the announcement by our Chairman Graham Spearing

Furnaceers,

I am really excited to announce that Furnace is back, and we are open
for registrations. Smile

You are the first to hear about it!

I hope you can join us for the Furnace 2008 Games Convention on the
weekend of 18th and 19th October. We're back at the Garrison Hotel,
guaranteeing five sessions of table top roleplaying goodness and the
usual warm and friendly atmosphere.

Come and visit our revamped website, built by Newt, here:

Registration is available now:

Happy gaming.

Graham

Against the Sorcerer
Tom Zunder
4 hours dead
A Gwenthia RuneQuest adventure for 4-6 players in which the HagHunters track down and investigate Dark Cultists who have occupied an ancient barrow mound. Their slaving raids, rape and pillage have led the villagers to aid them. The barrow lies just 3 days away from the village, but no-one will venture there.. it is after all the resting place of an Evening Culture sorcerer.
The game is a classic adventure scenario realised in the world of Gwenthia using the new Gwenthia RuneQuest rules, magic systems and religions.
