Style and mods changes to the forum

The layout of the forum is currently being worked on. This will result in a weird, mismatching layout style until it's all finished, but I'll keep the forum open while the work is being done. Should be completed this weekend hopefully!

Well, at least the header has improved.

The rocket leads back to the main page, while the picture of Gavlin wiping of some blood of the bar leads to the forum.

And there we have a little BRP favicon added to the browser. I think that will be it for the major changes now, if no-one objects to the colours. I'll do some forum SEO (search engine optimalization) tomorrow to make the forum and its threads more visible to the major search engines.

Style changes:
*Header with the Basic Roleplaying Logo, a rocketship which takes you back to the website index page and a picture of Gavlin in Alastor's Skull Inn, which always direct to the "main" forum (this one!).
*Winter-colours instead of just blue variations (that's the attempt at least).
*Sticky posts have a different cell colour.

Mods added:
*Dice roller, fully working as it is, but will hopefully be improved around the middle of October (guy who have done some upgrades for it will be back from holiday then).
*"Remember me" is checked by default now in the login box.
*Headers which prod guests to register, zero post members to post in the introduction thread, and lurkers to post more often - all to increase activity.

php is quite some work! html is soooo much simpler...
