Description: It's 1968 and the dead won't stay dead! Night of the Living Dead: Revisited is a scenario for the GORE TM system, and is compatible with similar percentile-based systems of the 1980s. Based on the public domain movie, Night of the Living Dead by George A. Romero, this adventure allows the GM to put his players in the roles of Ben, Barbara, and the other characters of the movie in a test of survival versus undead flesh-eaters! This adventure offers suggestions for changing the scenario and character motivations, as well as possibilities for making the zombies different than in the movie.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Fun for "Night of the Living Dead"-fans?
Cons: A very short and limited scenario.

Night of the Living Dead: Revisited, can be purchased as a pdf for download from DriveThruRPG.com. This 13-page pdf-file provides detailed descriptions and maps for the farmhouse where everything takes place, the background for the setting, and stats for the characters that appear in the movie. There's also stats for your typical zombie, with possible variations.

Basically, you are stuck inside a farmhouse, waiting for waves of zombies to attack, trying to survive to the day after. I don't think I am going to run it, as it's more of a scene than a full scenario.

If you on the other hand are a fan of the movie, and plan to have an evening with first some hours of roleplaying, and then watching the movie, then it might be some fun. It's a cheap download anyway, so you don't loose much from checking it out.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good display in my opinion of the variations GORE can be used for (and by GORE, BRP is naturally included).
Cons: Seems kind of shoe horned into a adventure module. Overly simplistic.

Overall I would recommend this book to those who have just purchased GORE, but not really if you have CoC or BRP. As a GORE supplement it shows how the game can be used and provides statistics for NPCs and Zombies with some variations, enabling GMs new to gaming to run a quick adventure with new players.

However, the adventure seems to be completely run on a whim. You wait in the house and you fight zombies. And while it gives some advice for alternative events, it really doesnt ring as a real adventure.

Much like Triff said about B61: A Very Merry Berlin Christmas, this adventure would have best served as a appendix in the GORE corp rule book.
