I'm not that familiar with the charging rules myself, so I won't answer directly. soltakss Posted October 21, 2012 Share Posted October 21, 2012 Also, the beauty of Legend being OGC under the OGL means that anyone who feels that the Charge rules, or any other rules, are incomplete, could be improved or are just plain wrong can easily write their own, stick the OGL on and hey presto - new rules for Legend.
